Free local pick up is available for Gold Coast residents. Please enter the code FREELOCALPICKUP  at the checkout.

All orders are packed with extreme care. In the unfortunate event of a breakage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include a photo of the damaged goods.

A Note On Sustainability:

Here at Crawford & Co Handmade, we are very aware of our impact on the environment. Whilst we are not perfect, we are doing our best to source products that are eco friendly and sustainable.

We will be using:

Recyclable card board boxes

Biodegradable void fill, made from corn starch. It is completely water soluble so it does not end up in land fill.

 Home Compostable courier satchels.
Completely biodegradable, so you can pop them in your compost bin once you are done!!

Water Activated Paper Tape and Compostable sticky tape for sealing our shipping cartons. They are environmentally friendly, solvent & chemical free!

We will also be recycling and reusing other packing products. So if your parcel arrives with “ less than perfect” looking Kraft or tissue paper, please don’t be alarmed!
